Integration Analysis Service

  • Identification of the integration sites is an essential step in the development of in vitro treatments using retroviruses and lentiviruses to address both biological and safety issues. We provide analytical services to identify the integration location of retroviral and lentiviral vectors on the host chromosome. The flanking sequences adjacent to integration sites are enriched by LAM-PCR (Linear - amplification mediated PCR) and sequenced by NGS (next-generation sequencing) technology. Our goal is to provide with the most affordable, high-quality LAM PCR services to ensure the customer’s satisfaction in a timely and professional manner.

Viral Vector Service

  • We created a platform viral vector that allows simultaneous expression of multiple therapeutic genes in mesenchymal stem cells. Our platform viral vector consists of standard genes in self-inactivating lentivirus backbones. The standard genes can be replaced with the desired therapeutic genes at the request of the customer. To ensure the safety of viral vectors, it is recommended to use 3rd generation packaging system for lentiviral vectors
